5th Grade End of Year Activities & Yearbook Dedication

Each year the 5th Grade Team and PTA Committee organize End of 5th Grade Festivities! We can’t wait to celebrate our students and their successful completion of elementary school! 

There are two opportunities to celebrate your child: (1) 5th grade end of year activities and (2) a yearbook dedication to your 5th grader.  Details on how to pay your activities fee and purchase an optional yearbook dedication will be emailed directly to parents near the end of the school year.

End of Year Activities (All Students Must Contribute) 
This contribution will help provide each student with a 5th-grade T-shirt, a personalized yard sign, and support our end of year activities, including the Slideshow Breakfast, Last Day Picnic, and special theme days. All designed to make the students’ final days at Sope Creek meaningful and memorable! 


Yearbook Dedication (Optional)
To honor your child’s last year at Sope Creek, you have the opportunity to write a dedication to your 5th-grade child to be included in Sope Creek’s yearbook. Each dedication can have a maximum of 325 characters that includes your child’s name and your signature. Deadlines for dedications are firm and there will not be another opportunity to purchase a dedication before the yearbook is sent to the printers.
